Cancellation Policy

For Domestic Meet & Assist: 

• 72 hours prior to the scheduled time: 10% of the booking amount. 
• 72 to 48 hours prior: 25% of the booking amount. 
• 48 to 24 hours prior: 50% of the booking amount. 
• Less than 24 hours: 100% of the booking amount. 

Cancellation Policy for Global Meet & Assist: 

• 96 hours prior to the scheduled time: 10% of the booking amount. 
• 96 to 72 hours prior: 25% of the booking amount. 
• 72 to 48 hours prior: 50% of the booking amount. 
• Less than 48 hours: 100% of the booking amount. 

The Airports Authority of India (AAI) reserves the right to suspend Meet & Assist services due to security or safety concerns. AnantahEscapes is not liable for non-execution of services under these circumstances. 

For any additional guests, extra charges will apply.
